Our Facility

Mountain Empire Gymnastics enhanced children's lives for over a decade at the original gym located on the corner of Valley Street and Russell Road in Abingdon VA.  In November, 2015, MEG opened a new, custom-built, 15,000-square-foot facility located at exit 10 off I-81.  Our class offerings, including recreational classes for girls and boys, competitive teams for girls and boys, tumbling, preschool gymnastics, as well as rhythmic gymnastics.  Come and take a facility tour and observe our classes at any time!
